During this technical committee, we have listened the explanation of mister Pervenche about the Nantes Airport’s needs of informations streams. We had deep discussions about the thesauri. And we worked on the 2010-2011 goals in order to prepare the next General Meeting.

Travelport meeting 2010/03/16

Executive committee 2009-12-15

MediaWelcome is a new member of XFT Association and we have made progress on the presentation to be held March 16, 2010.
Then, we reviewed the work done by the technical and functional committees thesaurus, dematerialisation and
cruises.

Then, we presented various statistics about website as well as its better positioning in search engines.
Finally, we have an update on activity in 2009 and raised the interest of more and stronger from Italy for XFT.

At the functional committee, we started the session with further explanations on the new scheme thesaurus as well as new terms introduced since the last time. Then, we have isolated what type of information would be included in the thesaurus Marketing (Targets, themes and ratings …). We also discussed the possibility of reinstating the thesaurus lists all existing schema XFT SimpleType. Then finally, we discussed how to structure the best documentation in XML files, by using examples. To read more….
