Orchestra was launched in June 2005 by leading IT companies in the field of Tour Operating in France. This affiliation ensures robustness, performance and durability of the software platform. Orchestra manages the distribution of leisure products across all channels of distribution of the travel agency. The interfaces and rules for distributions are tailored to each sales channel (Internet, agencies, call center)

The pace of integration of producers has been of more than 10 new producers of packaged products per year for the last 5 years. Orchestra is also connected with more than 10 hotel booking networks as well as air and rail sources.

Advanced technology

Orchestra uses the Java development platform and implements the latest technologies at each layer of its application. Orchestra also has specific cache systems especially for the published catalog allowing very low response time on large data volumes.

A simple implementation

The implementation of Orchestra which includes the creation and integration of sale interfaces and specific ergonomics for each distributor is simple. Implementation projects typically take place over periods of 3 to 6 months and can be performed by Orchestra, the distributor’s internal teams or a service company appointed to do so by the distributor.
